We attach great importance to producing the customer's production parts according to drawings in individual and medium-sized series, always according to the motto "quality instead of quantity". Our success is based on trained employees and a state-of-the-art CNC machine park. Thanks to the family connection to the company and lean corporate structures, the company has motivated employees who make a significant contribution to its success and customer satisfaction. In addition to taking quality criteria into account, we also pay particular attention to discretion. Our success story

In 1989, the company CARLON GbR Metal Processing was founded in Remscheid by the brothers Francisco and Alfonso Carlon Clemente. A year later, the first CNC-controlled turning and milling machines were used. In 1991 the company was renamed F. & A. Carlon Clemente GmbH.

In order to meet the demands of customers and to be able to meet the volume of orders, the production facility including the office building in Remscheid was expanded.

In the course of this, the machine park was continuously expanded and modernized. As early as 2002, the company had 20 CNC processing machines. From 2007 onwards, productivity and capacity were further increased using 5-axis milling machines and 8-axis lathes.

The product range was expanded in 2009 by taking over the entire drilling machine component production of the Remscheid-based company Flott Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH. The machine park now includes over 30 CNC manufacturing systems and numerous conventional machines. As a result of this business relationship, the brothers Francisco and Alfonso Carlon Clemente took over 33% of the shares in Flott Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH in 2010. From then on, the Carlon company served as the sole production backbone of the Flott company.

In 2011, the Carlon Clemente brothers had the opportunity to take over 50% shares and management of Alexanderwerk Production GmbH. Through this cooperation, the know-how in the area of stainless steel production was expanded.

As part of the purchase of a property at Weststrasse 42 in Remscheid in 2013, the entire assembly of Flott Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH was relocated to this location on a total area of approx. 3,000 square meters. In order to further increase efficiency, the entire F.&A production was relocated. Carlon Clemente GmbH moved into the new building at Weststrasse 42, also known as Bökerbau. Through this measure, the production areas were significantly expanded and the close cooperation with Flott Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH was optimized and further consolidated.

By merging both companies into one building, a corporate cooperation with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes was created - entirely in the spirit of the managing partners and company founders Francisco and Alfonso Carlon Clemente.
